Help I Can’t Pay for My Medicines!

As the cost of healthcare skyrockets, more and more individuals are at their wits  end. Here are a few tips to help those in this situation.

1. Before you fill that prescription, ask the pharmacist for the cash price for the medication. You could find out that the cash price is less than your copay.

2.  Substitute generic drugs for brand when possible. The types of medications I would not substitute generics (if you are on brand) are seizure, blood thinner, and thyroid medications.

3.  Check out these websites for medication help: www.needymeds.com; www.FreeMedicineRevolution.comwww.pparx.org.

4. One of the most overlooked source of medication assistance is the pharmaceutical industry. Ask your physician or pharmacist for the maker of your medication. Log on their website and find their patient assistance program.

What a Doctor Uses for Energy and Stamina!

As a physician, I work long hours and have to be alert to make life and death decisions. I do not use caffeine / coffee for energy.  I prefer a natural health product. I personally drink a natural health supplement called Tunguska Blast. This amazing supplement not only helps to keep me energetic but the supplement helps to support my immune system and affords me great stamina.
